Two pathways. One practice.
01 / For new patients
Begin with an inquiry.
New patient care begins with a brief email. No forms, no portals — just a short note about what you're looking for and why you're reaching out.
You'll receive a response within a few business days with details about the practice, current availability, fees, and next steps for scheduling an initial evaluation.
01 / For new patients
Schedule a follow-up.
If you're an established patient with active care through Varta Psychiatry, your follow-up appointments are booked directly through the scheduling calendar in ChARM.
Log in to the patient portal to view upcoming appointments, send secure messages, and manage your care between visits.
"The first appointment is mostly listening — and finding the language for what you've been carrying."
Begin with a conversation.
When you're ready, send a short note — that's all the first step takes.
